What are Terms of Service?

Our TOS documents define acceptable usage of our services. Each service we offer (shared and reseller, currently) has its own set of "rules" or "terms of service" that outline what you can and can't do with your Consign IT hosting account.

Every account with Consign IT is bound by both a terms of service specific to that account type (I.E. shared hosting, dedicated server, reseller hosting), and our general service agreement. All customers are required to provide a "digital signature" agreement to both of these documents on signup by accepting to the TOS.
